This old man was taking his afternoon nap under a nice cool shadow, not paying attention to all the rush going on around him. Just across the road, people were gathering around newspaper stands looking at the headlines of presidential election. It is good to RELAX! isn't it?

You could send this pic to BBC - you know they publish all those photos everyday/week under various headings like "Wrold around you", or "World through your eye", or "Days in pictures" or "Pictures from around the world", etc. This picture would surely make an entry into one of those.
