After what happened yesterday with the speech of the supreme leader, the situation now is very volatile. The plans for the gatherings today are still going ahead. We are holding our breath as we read our friends posting very emotional messages of goodbyes and farewells in Facebook as they head out to the streets. Iran is changing.... as the mighty command of the supreme leader is ignored and his charisma shatters....Please come home safe dear friends!
P.S: Back in Feb 2007, I posted an article about the leader "The Health Function in Dictatorship equation". It is still so relevant. Read it again here

As we laid awake thinking about the youth of Iran last night, I wondered if they have weapons to fight back should they be savagely attacked.
Are civilians allowed to own firearms in Iran?

Behi says: No arms are not allowed

A legitimate government does not violently attack its own peacefully protesting people. The whole world now sees the true barbaric force of the regime.
My heart is in iran. I weep for all those brave people in the streets, for the dead and their loved ones. It is not over. Those lives lost cannot be in vain. The despots must fall and great Persian culture will rise again. Lots of love to you and Mrs. Behi today.

I've been watching since 4:15 AM my time. That would be about 16:00 in Iran.
They are killing their children!
I prayed last night that if God was going to let this happen please take those lost from this world into his arms.
But then I too weep for them.
Watching Twitter and http://twitter.com/tehranbureau. But now updates to Tehran Beureau have slowed down a lot. That's not a good sign.
