The defining moment has come with Iranian supreme leader coming out of the closet today, showing the naked truth about what is believed as "The very problem with his system". One man on top, one man in charge, unquestionable, unchangeable and indisputable who labels everyone "The enemy".
Rings any bells? This is exactly why people revolted against the Shah of Iran thirty years ago and now after thirty years with the Islamic republic, ten years of trying to reform it, eight years of bloody war, four years of Ahmadinejad and few months of presidential campaigns....here we are facing the truth as the big elephant in the room emerges from behind the curtain. Iranian supreme leader has been exploiting his position for twenty years, cooking a dish of dictatorship for Iran using the recipes of the late Shah and adding Islamic spices. Believe us dear leader, your soup tastes just like what we threw out of the window thirty years ago.

A terrific blog Mr. Behi, please continue posting the latest.

It would seem now that any demonstration might well be met with police force. Do you think it's best to retreat a re-group? Work out other ways to move forward?
One radical and dangerous thought -- a demonstration of women only--
But I am American and don't know Iran. I wish you well in all ways!

I came across your blog through Tori's blog. I've learned much in the past week about Iran and its people from visiting blogs rather than reading the news. Yes - please keep us posted. Peace!

The articles throughout your site are 100% truthful emotionally speaking. The views and opinions you base your judgments on are very similar to what the majority of Iranians feel.
Mr Behi please keep a record of everything you put on this website for historical reasons for future generations.
My opinion is that while emotionally accurate the views you hold will change with time based on reality. Just like those of what people thought in 1982. No one knows the future except those that consciously create it.
I pray I am wrong, first I think people need to give democracy a good try for say 30 years since peoples hopes are attached to it and as peoples standard of living falls to that of say India, Iranians will only then start eating humble pie and admitting how wrong they have been to move with out institutions and cultural reasoning.
Then they will make the tough choice between what really exists for them, either religion or monarchy, and focus on the one they believe can improve their situation.
