From now on, NO fear
From Mrs.Behi: Every time I look at one experience that happened in my educational life, I can understand why sometimes I concern too much about the consequences of my plans so that I stop myself from moving furthers, I think the main reason for being such a conservative person in some areas is the fear of not doing things perfectly and this eventually prevents me to welcome "change" Now I just know that the most important action to me is to minimize my fears so I can actually see my plans that have been hidden sometimes behind them. I’ve been always interested in knowing my true self but when you try to be honest with yourself as well; it’s time to smash the destructive routines.
Well, today after a kind of long break that I gave to myself, I had the story of fear to share with you; I took a little courage to confess about it, it could be the sign of starting "my smash" ;-).

Mrs Behi thats interesting, and u are not the only one!i went throu a crisis and it was caused by that kind of fear not to let things go their own way, so it made me become a pessimistic and controlling person. I only found myself aware of it now and I will need at least two weapons to fight fear: one is love and the other is patience. I wish you luck to overcome your fears and please let me know how you progress

MRS BEHI-
CHANGE IS THE NATURAL STATE OF HUMANITY. NOT CHANGING IS AN UNNATURAL STATE. WE ARE OFTEN TAUGHT BY OUR EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE THAT SAFTY IS IN THE KNOWN AND FAMILIAR AND UNCHANGING STATE BUT ALAS, THERE IS NO CHANGE IN OUR COMFORT ZONE. STEPPING AWAY FROM OUR COMFORT ZONE CAN BE FEARFUL. I USED TO BE AFRAID OF CHANGE BECAUSE I EQUATED IT WITH LOSING SOMETHING IMPORTANT IN MY LIFE BUT I FOUND THROUGH EXPERIENCE THAT I REALLY ONLY LET GO OF MY LIMITED BELIEFS. I DID NOT LOSE MY HOME, MY CHILDREN, MY LOVER ETC. BUT GAINED A DIFFERENT MORE EXPANDED UNDERSTANDING OF MY LIFE. THE BEST WAY TO DEAL WITH FEAR IS TO STAND RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF IT AND OBSERVE IT UNTILL IT PASSES.
REMEMBER....THE FRUITS OF THE EXPERINCE ARE NOT IN THE ACCOMPLISHMENT, BUT IN THE JOURNEY TO GET THERE.

Mrs Behi, Good luck with your smash!!! I too have just had an enforced break, but it has given me the time and space to look at things.Often a difficult time comes before change but without that you find it harder to break out of routines etc. Go on - make that change!

Hi Mr Behi,
Talking about feaars and being afraid, did you hear about the seven nurses and one doctor imprisoned in Lybia for seven years? Tortured,
mugged, raped than condemned to death yesterday for a crime they have not committed.
Put yourself in your place than you know what fear could really mean.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Behi,
I wish you both a happy New Year. May your peace be with you and may your dreams be fulfilled.
The americans have a saying I really like: Reach for the moon; even if you miss, you will land among the stars.
-----
Behis say: Stine, thank you so much. All the best for you too in the new year

English is my second language so I'm allowed to make mistakes:-)
I was trying to say:
May peace be with you and may your dreams be fulfilled.

This Mary Hanewich is an idiot. Please, don't pay any attention to her pscho-babble.
She's insane and refuses to receive help.
It's sad really.

I agree Sal. The psycho-babble is crazy. I knew this woman a long time ago and she is indeed insane.
And you're right, it's sad more than anything.

i dont believe im a babbling psycho, thats sort of what a insecure psycho would say due to the findings of their non reality lies. but as a merica goes theres so many types of people to speak their free will.

the truth hurts so many cops when they dont do their jobs right and also be careful when dating a brother of a detective he might try to hold a person with poor shoes responsible for her whole entire ancestors problems. yar i know sure to you too.thanks for destroying a little of a good persons life and her children when she has plenty of proof her exses are fake made up people that can destroy the security in amercas government by using crime ways in taxes its called fraud but thank god for those who choose to deny and have others follow. the truth does not always show but hey someone must be realy sore to be so angry and write so many bad things about a poor crying mother with so many losses, parents families children money jobs and taken on so much abuse from men and woman. it happens and its sad to know others try to cover theirselfs by hurting the hurt.

whoever would say anybodies second language allows them to make mistakes should realize why our lifes were made to make mistakes, to learn from them.

hey sal and i know, its truly a sad day when people bad mouth others. it is a much better place when we try and help people in need. this is what humanity is suppose to be and obviously you arent a caring or giving individual. so in the future please keep your insults to yourself thanks
